Valvanera Velilla
Hello dear friends, my name is Valvanera, a Spanish tourist guide with over 25 years of experience in the tourism industry and an inveterate traveler myself. Despite having studied law, I have always identified with Hans Christian Andersen's phrase "to travel is to live", and I decided to make my passion for travel my life. I have worked as a tour guide across many parts of Europe and have traveled the world myself, and my home is in Malaga where I would be delighted to be your personal tour guide. As a seasoned tour guide and passionate traveler, I understand the innate desires and expectations of guests seeking truly immersive and unique experiences that go far beyond mainstream tourist options. In my free time, I love to study and am always seeking to learn more about the histories and cultures of Europe and seek out regional specialties and talented locals to enable me to enrich the experience of my guests and create that extra special experience. I am lucky to live in a city with an exciting history of more than 3, 000 years, home to important civilizations that have left their mark on culture, customs, art, and, of course, on gastronomy, one of the most varied and unique in Spain. It is a vibrant and colorful city on the Mediterranean Sea and is surrounded by a unique natural landscape, where, among olive groves and ancient vineyards in the mountains, we can discover charming white-washed and historical villages with flower-laden balconies and impressive views, like Ronda and Mijas, We will explore the hidden gems in the old town of Malaga and the cobblestoned streets of these beautiful smaller towns, and indulge in local delicacies, delving into the vibrant tapestry of gastronomy, regional tapas, and exquisite local wines. I will bring Andalusia's past to life by sharing fascinating stories and historical insights while creating an environment that fosters exploration and discovery. Let me introduce you to our culture, our traditions, and our gastronomy, through wine tastings, tapas tours, and culinary workshops. A well-planned trip is an investment in experiences and memories that will last a lifetime. With my genuine passion for travel and in-depth knowledge of local history and culture, along with an attention to detail to ensure everything runs smoothly, I am confident that I can provide you with a friendly, engaging, and professional experience that will exceed your expectations. I'm here to provide you with information, answer your questions, and make you feel comfortable. Please do not hesitate to contact me to discuss your ideas, curiosities, or anything you want to explore, and I will gladly tailor the tour to meet your interests and aspirations. Let's go together to discover new experiences!
