Cross the iconic Øresund Bridge and discover the best of Malmö. Explore its historic landmarks, charming squares, modern architecture, and hidden stories on a memorable journey from Copenhagen to Sweden.
Leave Copenhagen behind and journey to Sweden by crossing the spectacular Øresund Bridge, one of Europe's longest road and rail bridges over the sea. The tour can be enjoyed by public transportation or private vehicle. If you choose private transportation, you'll enjoy the best views of this remarkable engineering masterpiece, where an underwater tunnel seamlessly connects to a graceful cable-stayed bridge.
In Malmö, we'll discover a city where medieval history meets contemporary Scandinavian design. Our visit begins at St. Peter's Church, a magnificent 14th-century Gothic landmark. Here, you'll learn how the Protestant Reformation transformed not only the church itself but also the religious and cultural life of Sweden.
We'll continue through the city's historic center, exploring Stortorget (the Main Square), the charming Lilla Torg, and the historic Lejonet Pharmacy, which has been serving the community since the 16th century. Along the way, you'll meet the cheerful Optimist Orchestra, one of Malmö's most photographed and beloved sculptures.
Our walk then takes us to the Form/Design Center, Gustav Adolf Square, the old city cemetery, and the award-winning Malmö City Library, where historic architecture blends harmoniously with contemporary Scandinavian design.
We'll also visit Malmö Castle and its picturesque windmill before continuing, if you're touring on foot and wish to explore further, to the iconic Turning Torso—the second-tallest building in Sweden—and Västra Hamnen, the former shipyard district that has become one of Europe's leading examples of sustainable urban development.
From the waterfront, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of the Øresund Bridge in all its grandeur—a perfect ending to a journey that connects two countries, two cultures, and centuries of fascinating history.
This tour operates in all weather conditions, including rain and snow, and will only be cancelled in the event of severe weather that could affect safety.
