Adding Photos and Videos to Your Profile
A great profile starts with great visuals! High-quality images help showcase your personality, expertise, and the experiences you offer. Here’s how to effectively add photos to your Keyguides Connect profile.
Uploading Photos
Profile Picture
Your Profile Picture is your main image and the first thing visitors see when they access your profile.
Choose a clear, high-quality image where your face is visible and welcoming.
This image cannot be changed automatically in a carousel—it always stays as the primary photo.
Additional Images
You can upload multiple images under Additional Images, which will appear in a carousel after your profile picture.
You can upload up to 8 additional photos.
Now possible to upload more at the same time.
Image Requirements and Recommendations
File Formats: JPG and PNG are supported.
Orientation: Images should be portrait-oriented for the best display on your profile. (Tours are horizontal)
Editing: Cropping or editing within the platform is not yet available, so edit before uploading.
Showcase Your Brand: Select photos that highlight your expertise, experiences, and unique offerings.
Uploading Videos
Currently, video uploads are not yet available.
Images on Tours
It's also possible to upload multiple images to your tours. Note that images here are more horizontally aligned than profile images. You will see how they look when you upload them.
Images on tours are displayed under your tour information in a carousel you swipe in.
You can have up to 8 photos to showcase your tour.
