Adding Places to your profile

Feature Update: My Places Just Got Smarter!

We’ve made it easier to show where you guide. 🌍

Before, you could only select cities — now you can choose:

✅ Regions (for guides who work across an area)

✅ Cities (as before)

✅ Or even your entire country, if your certification allows it! 🇪🇺

Mix and match — you can have both cities and regions to reflect how you actually work.

This means travellers and partners will see a more accurate view of your guiding areas — and you’ll show up in more searches where you belong.

Getting more visibility of destination pages

When including a new region or a new city to your profile you are also automatically added to that destination page. Have a look at some of our cities - If you want to show up on these pages simply add that city (or the region that city is in) to your profile.

Your tours will also show up here if they are in that city!

Have a look at: Bergen, Toledo and Copenhagen

Good to know

By updating this you also update the filtering of notifications in the Job Board.

Travelers who want to book you get these locations as a dropdown if you are available for hourly bookings.
