Delete My Data

At Keyguides Connect, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information.

If you have signed up or logged in to Keyguides Connect using Facebook Login and would like to request deletion of your account and data, you can do so at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please send an email to: hello@keyguides.com with the subject line “Delete My Data”.

Your request should include:

• Your full name

• The email address associated with your Keyguides Connect account

• (Optional) Any additional details that may help us identify your account

Once we receive your request, we will:

1. Confirm receipt of your request.

2. Remove your personal data and account information from our systems within 30 days.

3. Send you a confirmation once the deletion process is complete.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon request, we will delete:

• Your account information (name, email, profile details)

• Any connected login data from Facebook

• Any related bookings, preferences, or stored records associated with your account

Please note: Some data may be retained if we are legally required to keep it (for example, financial transaction records).
