How do I price my tours?
Creating and selling tours on your guide profile is one of they ways you can be booked on Keyguides Connect. You can also be booked by the hour - where you currently set an hourly rate. Pricing your tours are a bit different. Let's run through it.
To add a price to your tour click "+ Add Offering". The Offering includes an option to add a different price per person or per duration, or both. You add group size as well.

This example has different price depending on the group size. Setting both price adjustments and group size limitations in the same tour.
The first offer: Smaller group has higher price per person (100 euro) and a minimum and maximum group of 2-6 people.
The second offer: A bigger size group with a bit lower per person price (90 euro) and a higher group size 7-11.
This tour can be booked for both groups size but is limited by minimum (1 person cannot book it) and maximum (12 will not be able to book it). Meaning that the lowest possible income of this tour is 200 euros.

Other ways to use the offerings
Duration: You can offer the same tour but at different durations, if people want to stop longer at certain places, people who want to go detours or for what ever reason they might want a longer tour. In that case you would use the offerings like this.
3 hour tour: 100 euros per person (set your min and max group size)
4 hours tour: 120 euros per person (set same min and max group size)
You can also combine the two and have both duration and group sizes in your choices - Your imagination is the limit. See example image below.
Pro tip: You will always see the estimated total price in your offerings - so you can easily see what you will make from a tour. Remember that Keyguides Connect adds our margin on top of you tour - we dont take it from your price.
Pro tip #2: If you have a minimum price you need per booking for it to give you value, but you would still want 1 person to be able to book your tour - Write in your tour description that tour is available to be booked by solo-travelers as well, but you have to book the minimum 2 people. That way you guarantee yourself the income you need to grow your business.
