How do I refund a customer?
At Keyguides Connect all guides get paid directly by the customer that books them. This means that if there is a cancellation the guide also needs to refund the customer based on their cancellation policy. This is your customer and your relationship.
This is how you refund your customer.
You find the booking on "Booking & Availability" on the tab "History".
To Refund this booking click on "Banking" and the tab "Payments"
Then you find the correct payment and click it
The Payment opens up and you see a "Send Refund" button.
You can edit the amount to refund to the customer based on your cancellation policy.
If you have a 50% refund policy, you refund half.
NB! The total price to refund includes the platform fee. Please also refund this.
Next you will have a negative balance in your account until Keyguides Connect refunds you the platform fee. This happens automatically after 2-3 days.
