What is Booking Durations?

Booking Durations is a functionality connected to Custom Tours. This is where you set the different durations that will be available to book you by on your profile. You can choose to remove pre-set durations or add new ones.

Available durations

When you first activate Custom Tours you have to choose your available durations. You can have as few or as many as you like and you choose the corresponding price to the duration.

You can remove one of the durations by clicking the trashcan next to it.

Examples:

If you have a minimum price for a tour, you can simply add your minimum price to multiple durations, letting people book you for 1 hour for your minimum price.

You can also choose to give discounts to people booking longer durations but lowering your price for on higher durations.

This is how it looks for the people who want to book you, we have added in our platform fee so its easy for the customers.

Ps: You will never be able to be booked 8 hours if your calendar doesn't have a 8 hour slot available (limited by either a booking, a blocked time or closed opening hours).
