What you need to know as an Early Adopter-Guide

This is the very start of our journey, and we're still building out key features and tools. Your thoughts, suggestions, and even frustrations will help us improve—so please don’t hold back on feedback.

At this stage:

• Your profile can receive bookings, but only if it’s shared (by you or someone else).

• You can have a look at the Job Board to look for jobs from our early booking partners.

🤖 Nova – your onboarding assistant

Nova is our AI-powered guide that helps you create a compelling profile.

• Right now, Nova asks a lot of questions — you can always stop talking to her and asking her to fill it out for you. She will get better over time!

• You can edit everything later, so don't worry about getting it perfect first time.

📅 Calendar Sync (Options)

We’re proud of this feature but it is costly, that is why we have to take a premium price for direct sync with your calendar. This is on a very reduced price right now. But you can start with our built int calendar and see what you prefer later.

• If you want to sync your calendar we recommend using Google Calendar.

• When asked, give full access permissions—this is needed for syncing.

• Don’t worry: we can’t see your events, and no one else will see your calendar details.

💶 Setting Your Hourly Rate

• This place can be skipped, and can be replaced with tours when we launch that this month. This was our very first beta-feature simply so you would have a way to be bookable.

• Rates are currently shown in Euros (multi-currency support is coming soon).

• Choose a rate that feels fair and reflects what you’d like the public to see.

• Promo and discount features will be available shortly.

🏦 Connecting Your Bank Account

• Once onboarding is complete, you’ll be prompted to connect your bank account via Stripe.

• You’ll be asked to provide:

  • Type of business: Choose “Other Professional Services”

  • Website: If you don’t have one, just use your Keyguides Connect profile URL or write a description of your business.

📆 Cancellation Policy

• We have now made this into 4 options you can choose from, all from very strict to very flexible.

• You choose the one who fits you from the settings in your menu. A default is chosen for you when you registrer.
