Bergen is known as the city of 7 mountains, and I think that discovering Bergen through a hike is a unique experience as well as a great way to get amazing views of the area.

Take the funicular to mount Fløyen and get off the beaten track to reach Fjellhytten cabin and enjoy amazing views of Bergen and its surroundings. Continue to Brushytten before walking downhill towards the city centre and finishing through typical residential streets.

This hiking tour is approximately 8 kilometres long, mainly on forest paths. Elevation gain ~ 260m/850ft; elevation loss ~ 440m/1440ft. It can be adjusted to your preferences.
