To be ready when we launch, you’ll need to have your Keyguides Connect profile fully set up. Here’s what to do:
Create your guide account on Keyguides Connect – It’s free, and takes just a few minutes.
Build your profile — write your bio, upload photos, and create your first your tours. – ChatGPT will use this text to understand who you are and what you offer.
Connect your calendar – Once your calendar is synced, your availability updates automatically. – No need to fill in your schedule manually.
Connect your bank account – Only verified accounts can be booked when we go live. – This ensures safe payments directly to you.
Once this is done — you’re ready. When the ChatGPT booking feature launches, your profile will automatically appear when travelers search for guides like you.

A few key reminders:
Be natural and authentic. Write like you’d speak to a guest. Let your tone reflect who you are — warm, curious, funny, or professional.
Show your personality. Tell guests a little about what drives you as a guide, and what makes your experiences unique.
Use your ‘Special Interest’ field. This helps ChatGPT understand your focus areas and passions.
Upload clear, friendly photos. A smiling portrait and a picture from a tour work best.
