How to be bookable on Keyguides Connect?

There are two ways to become bookable on Keyguides Connect. When you set up your profile, you are not automatically bookable — you have to activate it. Here is a quick explainer on what to do.

Before you continue, make sure you have completed the banking onboarding to connect your bank account. This is required in order to receive money from guests who book you. If not, go back and finish your setup first, then come back here!

Without a way to book you, your profile will show this:

1. Custom Tours

Custom Tours allow guests to book your time first, and plan the experience with you after.

Instead of spending time on inquiries, suggestions, and planning that may never turn into a booking, the guest commits before you invest your time.

This makes Custom Tours one of the most efficient ways to become bookable on the platform.

How to activate it

In you dashboard menu navigate to Custom Tours (or click this link). You activate the custom tours and then choose your durations and prices and maximum number of people. You can read more about this in the Custom Tour How To

2. Creating a Tour with a price

This option takes a bit longer because you must first create a tour. After creating the tour, you need to add at least one offer or pricing option.

Guide Dashboard → Tours → Create Tour → Add Price → Publish Tour

Create your tour with Nova the chatbot or by filling in the required fields manually. Then proceed to add your pricing options. You can read more here: Pricing your tours. You dont have to go all complex the first time around, adding one is fine.

You don’t need to go complex from the start — one pricing option is enough to be bookable.

Log in to your guide portal to activate bookings and start receiving reservations!
