  – Browse and book guides directly from their profiles, where they set their own prices and availability.

• Job Board

  – Post job opportunities for guides to apply. You set the price per assignment and requirements for the job and once a guide is approved, the job is confirmed.

2. Managing Multiple Bookings

• For multiple tours or complex needs

  to post several jobs at once.

• View all assignments in one place

  – Track confirmed bookings, pending applications, and upcoming jobs in your partner dashboard.

3. Working with Guides You Already Know

If you already collaborate with trusted guides, you can invite them to join Keyguides Connect and manage all your work with them on one platform. This reduces email back-and-forth while keeping everything organized.
